This is the next logical step from the Rotted One Stripe series. It remains black marker pen on white paper, but this time the images are not completed in a single continuous stroke. This greatly increases the scope of mark-making, and enables much greater variation in density and complexity. There is some structural similarity to the Repetitive Beats exposures.
