British 10 pound note, digital prints on acetate

If you've ever tried to scan a banknote, you won't succeed, because notes have invisible security dots on them which the scanner manufacturers are legally obliged to detect, and abort the scan.

The concept, therefore, was to determine the minimum amount of added glitch that was necessary for the scan to succeed. Thus, the glitch here is acting as a catalyst for forgery, which is the recommended application.
