MATLAB™ glitch. Screenshot via the gift of PrintScreen™.
Colour reprocessing module was activated. Look betwixt the lines for
the glitches. Origin unknowable. Energy: 64.

You have no idea what's going on, do you?
If your mental stability is below the socialogically-determined standardised
threshold, you must exit this site immediately and buy some CDs or do some other
vanilla consumer activity. Have fun.

Update: I've just replaced the original image here with one based
on the same raw image, but different colouring. I was being lazy and
trying to get the colours right just by wanging the Photoshoppe contrast
levels around. But I've done it properly now by converting the image into
"Indexed mode", then editing the colour table by hand. You can only edit
one colour at a time like this, which makes it a bit hard to imagine
how the colours will fit together eventually, but at least you gain
laser precision!

Just noticed that most of my recent images are green/grey affairs.
How intriguing. Maybe I'll go through an orange/yellow phase later
in the year...bet you can't wait for that.

My new current day job involves being a bit nomadic,
so updates are per-weekend for the time being.
Projects in the pipelined CPU are:
1. Screenprints.
This is now happening. Bloody hell. Yes.
2. Film mit audio (shlock, horror) and reactive visuals.
It's a logical thing to do, just to see how badly I
can get the sound and image to match up.

You are welcome to be breathing our chemical air.
Bottled Chem-Air™ is available from all good
street corners, with maximum density at altidues 0-5m
above concrete. I'd buy that for a dollar.

New Delta-Wave™ technology microwave ovens cook food
from the inside, and perfectly evenly on all sides. The food
is enveloped in a high-density flux of magnetron lines of
influence. Magnetic monopoles pulse beams that slice through
all matter, but which are safely contained inside the oven
cavity. The result is the most technologically advanced cooked
food known to man, its process of cooking only being betrayed
by a slight radioactive taste and a thin layer of silver dust
on the outer surface.

Flippando, that EAST meets WEST fest was harsh on the eardrums!
Noise mainly, of various textures. Huge projector screen in the main hall. Lovely!
Went very smoothly, thanks to eNo for the organisation.
The visuals were pixel overloaded, although I finished my stint with my new
sound-reactive "snowy mountains" algorithm, which was a little more soothing!

Does anyone have any photos? I brought my camera along, but stupidly
forgot to give it to any of my mates to take pics! It's crazy, I still
have no live pics of my stuff, dammit!

Helsinki was fun. Nice bunch of people too.
There was a barbeque party on Suomenlinna island. I don't
regret not taking part in the open-air sauna followed by
icy plunge-pool. These things can trigger heart attacks,
especially after boozing too much.
And yes, of course I wore a beflix
glitch t-shirt for my talk! Oh hang on - I've just bought a
digital photolithographic box so I can show you now...

Hmm. That looks like bird shit. In real life it's nicer, and it's
screenprinted in silver, not white.
